摘　　要：文章从城市旧居住区概念入手,系统地分析其特点与存在的问题,阐述了改造开发的必要性与可行性,对城市旧居住区改造思路提出了原则性建议。Starting with the concept of the residential district in old urban structure, this article analyzes their features and existing problems in a systematic way. Also the article gives elaboration on the necessity and feasibility of renewal as well as principle suggestions on the way of thinking for redevelopment of the residential districts in old urban structure.
