摘　　要：文化领域深入学习实践科学发展观,就要把文化建设放到经济、政治和社会发展的全局来认识和把握,就要以文化的发展和进步来促进人的全面发展,就要坚持统筹城乡区域文化发展,努力实现文化的可持续发展。O Deeply studying and practiceing scientific development concept in culture field should grasp the importance of culture in the overall situation of economic, political and social development, promote the all - round development of man by the culture development, stick to coordinate urban - rural and regional development of culture and try to realize the cultural sustainable development.
