摘 要:针对开关磁阻电动机(SRM)的电感模型,提出了一种新的无位置传感技术;能在较宽调速范围内准确地估计电动机转子位置。构建了以Spartan-3A DSP FPGA为核心的纯硬件无位置传感器控制电路;给出了基于X ilinx FPGA/CPLD开发平台和Matlab/Simulink仿真环境进行DSP功能实现的方法和设计流程。实验结果表明该控制电路简化了系统结构,增加了系统的可靠性,提高了系统的实时性。A sensorless control scheme for switched reluctance motor (SRM) drive based on inductance model which can estimate the rotor position of SRM in a wide adjustable speed range (0 - 3 000 r/min) was presented in this paper. The sensorless control system of switched reluctance motors, whose core was Spartan-3A DSP FPGA was discussed. The implementation method and design flows of DSP core based Xilinx FPGA/CPLD development platform and Matlab/Simulink simulation environment were also introduced. The inductance of each active phase was estimated using the terminal measurement of the phase. The experiment results showed that the SRD design had the advantage of simple system architecture, high-efficiency and real-time.
