摘 要:提出了一种基于馈线分区和等值法相结合的复杂中压配电网可靠性评估算法。根据配电网络的拓扑结构,以开关为边界,将馈线网络进行分区,形成配电网络的区域节点模型。然后对简化网络进行分层,采用网络可靠性等值方法,将配电网络区域节点模型等效为简单的纯辐射状网络模型,利用故障模式及故障后果分析法计算负荷点的可靠性指标。采用邻接矩阵表示网络拓扑,通过对邻接矩阵的搜索和修改实现馈线的分区以及网络的等值过程。通过对RBTS算例的计算,证明该算法适合于复杂中压配电网的可靠性评估。A kind of complex medium voltage distribution network reliability assess method, based on combining feeder zone with equivalent value method, was put forward. According to the topological structure of distribution network, taking the circuit breaker as the border, the feeder network is zoned, The zone node model of distribution network is formed. Then, make the simplified network layered. With the network reliability equivalent value method, make the distribution network zone node model to be equivalent to simplified pure radial network model. Using the fault mode and the fault consequence analysis method, calculate the reliability index of the load point, Make the distribution network as a digraph. Adopt incidence matrix to express network topology. Through searching and revising the incidence matrix, the zoned feeder and its network equivalent process are realized. Via the calculation of RBTS example,it is proved that this algorithm is suitable for assessing the reliability of complex medium voltage distribution network.
