摘  要:[目的]了解大连地区婴儿眼炎感染的菌群分布及耐药现状,为临床合理应用抗生素提供依据。[方法]总结大连市妇产医院2006年9月~2008年4月眼科门诊56例患眼炎婴儿的眼分泌物标本的细菌培养和药敏试验结果。药敏试验采用K-B法。[结果]56例婴儿眼分泌物细菌培养,有细菌生长42例,阳性率75%,34例为G^+细菌,占80.9%。G^+球菌耐药率最低的是万古霉素,青霉素耐药主要是葡萄球菌,未检出耐甲氧西林的葡萄球菌。[结论]应针对不同细菌选择有效的抗生素。[ Objective] This study is to investigate bacteria spectrum in the secretion of infants' eyes and their drug tolerance against antibiotics in order to provide basis for clinicians to select antibiotics rationally. [ Methods ] Results of the bacterium culture and drug susceptibility test from the eye secretion of 56 infants with ophthalmia from ophthalmologic clinic in Dalian Maternity Hospital were summarized from September, 2006 to April, 2008. Kirby - Bauer method was adopted. [ Results] Bacterium growth was found in 42 eases and the positive rate was 75%. Gram positive bacteria were detected in 34 cases (80.9%). The Gram positive bacteria had the lowest drug tolerance to vancomycin. Staphylococcus was resistive to penicillin. None of amethicillin- resistant staphylococcus was determined by drug sensitive test. [ Conclusion] It is important to select antibiotics according to the different types of bacteria.
