β-榄香稀预防浅表性膀胱癌复发基础与临床研究进展

摘　　要：β-榄香烯是中国首先从姜科植物温郁金(温莪术)的根茎中提取的抗癌有效成分,由于其低毒、高效和广谱等优点,因此,在预防浅表膀胱肿瘤复发方面有显著的效果。通过大量的实验证实β-榄香稀可以通过多种途径抑制膀胱癌细胞增殖、诱导膀胱癌细胞凋亡。在临床上β-榄香稀对预防浅表膀胱癌的复发有显著的疗效且膀胱内灌注引起的尿路刺激症状明显低于其他同类药物。本文就β-榄香稀预防浅表膀胱癌的实验及临床方面的研究进展进行综述。β - elemene extracted from Zingiberaceae of Curcuma wenyujin firstly in China can be used as anticancer drug. For its low toxicity, high effectiveness and wide - spectrum, β - elemene can prevent the recurrence of superficial bladder cancer. β- elemene can restrain the proliferation of the tumor cells and induce the apoptosis of them by various meehanisms indicated by many experiments. Furthermore, its side effect such as urinary stimulus symptoms in superficial bladder cancer perfusion is much lower than other drugs. The research data provide scientific evidence on clinical application and trial of β - elemene for its treating and preventing the recurrence of superficial bladder cancer.
