摘　　要：随着军队应对多种安全威胁、完成多样化军事任务能力的提升,装备动员任务日益繁重。汶川抗震救灾实践证明,我国装备动员能力建设正面临着向提高应对非传统安全威胁装备动员能力转变的急迫需求。提出了军队完成多样化军事任务对装备动员的新要求,分析了装备动员领域的新拓展和装备动员力量结构的新变化,提出了装备动员建设的新标准。With the upgrading of army＇s ability to face multi-threat, and the ability to finish diversified military missions, the task of the equipment mobilizing are becoming increasingly heavy. The rescuing after the earthquake of Wenchuan has proved that the construction of equipment mobilizing ability in our country is facing an urgent demand. The construction should change its aim to how to upgrade the equipment mobilizing ability, which can answer nontraditional threats. The paper analyzes the new ability requirement of the equipment mobilizing to finish diversified military missions, the new development in the equipment mobilizing fields, the new structure change of the equipment mobilizing forces, and the new establishing standard of the equipment mobilizing.
