论生态农业产业化经营的金融支持体系建设

摘　　要：金融支持生态农业产业化经营是实现农业现代化的重要途径,而我国的金融支持则存在"失位"、"缺位"和"错位"现象。构建金融支持体系的对策是要加大政府支农力度,鼓励民间资本积极参与,实现金融支持主体的多元化;加快培育农业资本市场,构建农村保险和农村担保体系;创新金融产品和服务,提高金融服务质量和效益;规范农村金融监管体系,优化农村金融生态环境。Ecologic agricultural industrialization management with financial support is the important way of realizing agricultural modernization, but there exist absence and misplacement of domestic financial support. The strategy of establishing financial supporting system is to enlarge the strength of government＇s support, encourage the participation of private capital, realize the diversification of financial supporting origin, speed up the cultivation of agricultural capital market, strengthen the construction of insurance and guarantee system, innovate financial product and service, increase the financial service quality and profit, standardize the monitoring system of agricultural finance and optimize the financial ecologic environment in rural area.
