尿毒清颗粒对慢性肾功能不全患者血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的研究尿毒清颗粒对慢性肾功能不全患者血脂的影响。方法将慢性肾功能不全患者随机分为对照组和实验组,测定总胆固醇(CHO)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白α(Lp(α))和载脂蛋白A(ApoA)的血浆浓度。尿毒清颗粒治疗3个月后,重新测定上述血脂成分浓度,进行分析。结果对照组CHO、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、Lp(α)在治疗前后无明显变化。实验组TG和LDL-C在治疗后显著下降,HDL-C显著增高,其他指标无变化。结论尿毒清颗粒能改善肾功能不全患者的脂质代谢异常。Objective It is to study the influence of Uremic Clearance granules on blood fat in chronic renal insufficiency patients. Methods The chronic renal insufficiency patients were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. The blood concentrations of cholesterol （ CHO）, triglyceride （TG）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C）, lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL- C）, lipoprotein α （Lp（α）） and apolipoprotein A （ApoA） were determined before and after three months treatment with Uremic Clearance granules and the data were analyzed. Results There were no obvious changes on the levels of CHO, TG, LDL - C, HDL- C and Lp（α） in control group before and after treatment. In experiment group, the levels of TG and LDL - C were significantly lowered and HDL - C level was significantly increased while the other indexes had no changes after treatment. Conclusion Uremic Clearance granules can improve the lipid dysbolism in renal insufficiency patients.
