摘 要:目的探讨开江县野外黑线姬鼠数量变化和繁殖情况,给其防制提供科学依据。方法1992~2007年,采用夜夹法,对野外捕获的种群进行分类、解剖,观察雌性受孕情况。结果16年布夹21107个,捕获黑线姬鼠1115只,占野外捕获总数的56.37%,其密度为5.28%,春季密度1.16%显著低于秋季的6.59%(P<0.01)。雄雌性比为0.99,春季性比1.68显著高于秋季的0.85(P<0.01)。雌性受孕率为25.76%,春季受孕率63.64%显著高于秋季的24.30%(P<0.01)。平均胎仔数为5.27只,春季平均胎仔数与秋季无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论野外黑线姬鼠不同年度和不同季节数量变动受密度制约因素和非密度制约因素影响,其密度与性比、受孕率及平均胎仔数呈负相关关系。Objective To study the population dynamics and fecundity of Apodemus agrarius of field in Kaijiang county, Sichuan province, so as to provide basic information for rodent harm control Methods The night rat clip method was applied to field capture rodent by population classified, autopsy, female pregnancy rate in 1992 to 2007. Results Field rat clip 21107 in 17 years, capture Apodemus agrarius 1115, capture rate 5.28% , the density of spring 1.16% were lower than autumn 6. 59% ( P 〈 0.01 ) . The sex ratio of rat was 0. 99 ( ♂ / ♀ ) , the sex ratio of spring 1.68 were higher than autumn 0. 85 ( P 〈 0.01 ) . The female pregnancy rate was 25.76% , the spring 63. 64% were higher than autumn 24. 30% (P 〈0. 01 ) . The average litter size 5.27, the spring (5.07) and autumn (5.29) , not statistics significance ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The quantity change affect of the field Apodemus agrarius were the nondensity dependent factor and the density dependent factor. It density and the sex ratio (male/female) , the female pregnancy rate, the average litter size were negative correlation relation.
