摘　　要：A series of thiourea derivatives have been synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by MS and 1H NMR. Several compounds showed potent activities as antagonists of CCR4 receptor.A series of thiourea derivatives have been synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by MS and 1H NMR.
