摘　　要：目的了解未婚流动人口中安全套的使用情况及其影响因素。方法对广州市城区的未婚流动人口进行问卷调查,分析其中有婚前性行为的未婚流动人口安全套使用情况。结果630名有婚前性行为的未婚流动人口中,74.6%的人都使用过安全套,但只有18.9%的人坚持每次都使用。月收入和知晓安全套双重作用与安全套的使用频率相关。结论需要加强健康教育和提高安全套的可及性,来促进未婚流动人口对安全套的使用。Objective To understand the status and influence factors of condom use in unmarried floating population. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out in urban districts of Guangzhou City to analyze the condom use among unmarried floating population and their sexual behavior be marrage. Results There 630 unmarried floating population were surveyed,74.6% of participants had used condoms,but only 18.9% of them used every time. Monthly income and knowledge on dual function of condoms were related to frequency of condom use. Conclusion The work of ealth education be strngthened and effective measures be teken to improve the access to condoms by floating population.
