摘　　要：和谐文化是以和谐为思想内核的一种文化形态。大学的和谐文化建设,既要挚守其自身培养人才的基本职责、坚持社会主义的核心价值体系、建设自由民主的学术氛围,还要辩证处理好传统与现代、科技与人文、共性与个性的关系,博采众长,从而创建开放多元、卓具特色的大学文化。The harmonious culture is based on the core idea of harmony. In the process of constructing university harmonious culture, the university should stick to its fundamental role of educating talents, adhere to core value of the socialism, guarantee the academic freedom, as well as dialectically deal with the issues concerning the traditional and modern culture, science and humanities, universality and individuality, whereby build an open, diverse, and distinctive university harmonious culture.
