摘　　要：假定治安水平可以量化,将治安水平引入效用函数和生产函数,建立了一个随机内生经济增长模型.利用随机动态最优化方法,确定了均衡状态下经济增长率,同时分析了经济均衡时个人治安投资对经济增长的影响.It is supposed that the economic growth and individual welfare are influenced by public security. Using effectiveness function and production function with public security, an uncertain economic growth model is obtained. Then the economic growth rate with optimization in balanced condition is obtained. At last, it discusses the influence of people＇s investment about public security to economic growth.
