复方青黛胶囊联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方青黛胶囊联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法治疗组6O例采用口服复方青黛胶囊和胸腺肽肠溶片治疗,对照组5O例仅采用复方青黛胶囊治疗,两组疗程均为8周。结果治疗组有效率为75.00%,对照组有效率为42.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<O.01)。两组患者未见严重不良反应,治疗前和治疗结束时查患者血、大小便常规、肝肾功能均未见异常。结论复方青黛胶囊联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗寻常型银屑病疗效好、使用安全。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of compound capsule of natural indigo combined with the thymopeptides enteric-coated tablet in the treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris.Methods 110 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into two groups.The experimental group of 60 cases was treated with compound capsule of natural indigo and the thymopeptides enteric-coated tablet,and the control group of 50 cases were treated with the compound capsule of natural indigo only.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group＇was 75.00% and 42.00%in the control group,There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.All the patients had no obvious and severe adverse reaction and blood routine, urinalysis, examination of stools and hepatic and renal fimctions turned out to be normal before and after treatment.Conclusion It is effective and safe for compound capsule of natural indigo combined with the thymopeptides enteric-coated tablet in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
