银企联盟供应链与供应链金融的比较分析

摘　　要：供应链金融是银行基于供应链管理进行的业务创新;银企联盟供应链是供应链引入银行的结构创新,都有加强和密切银行与企业合作的作用。通过对两者各自特点的比较,银企联盟供应链不但有利于促进银企合作、解决企业融资困难,更具有提高供应链的稳态和核心竞争力的优势。因此,银企联盟供应链具有应用推广的价值和前景。The supply chain finance is the service innovation of the bank, based on the supply chain management. The bank - enterprise alliance supply chain is the structure innovation, which the bank is introduced to the supply chain. They have strengthen function in the relations bank and enterprise. Through comparison their characteristic, the bank- enterprise alliance supply chain not only is advantageous to the promotion bank and enterprise cooperation, the solution enterprise financing difficulty, but also it has superiority to enhance supply chain＇s stability and the core competitiveness. Therefore, the bank- enterprise alliance supply chain has value in the application and promotion.
