利巴韦林注射液对不同人群血红细胞溶血的影响

摘　　要：[目的]通过测定三种不同浓度利巴韦林注射液对健康成人、儿童和呼吸系统疾病患者各30例血中红细胞的溶血度，探讨该药经血管内给药是否直接导致溶血，以及三种不同浓度对三组人群的溶血机率，为临床安全用药提供参考依据。[方法]用肉眼观察法和可见分光光度法测定利巴韦林注射液对三组人群血红细胞的溶血情况。[结果]肉眼观察三种不同浓度的利巴韦林注射液对三组人群的人血红细胞均无溶血作用，可见分光光度法测得溶血度均在20％以下。[结论]利巴韦林注射液（0．5～1．5mg／ml）对人血红细胞的溶血度符合静脉用药要求。[Objective]To discuss whether ribabirin injection would cause hemolysis directly through intravascular administration and haemolytic probability of three different degree for three group persons so as to offer reference for clinical safe medication by checking the haernolytie degree of ribabirin injections with three different degree in blood hemolysis for three groups： adults, children and patients with respiratory diseases（each 30 cases）. [ Methods]Visual observation and visible spectrophotometry were used to cheek the hemolytic condition of blood erythrocytes in three different group persons after using ribavirin injection. [Results]For three group persons, there was no any hemolysis for the blood erythroeytes observed by visual after using three different concentrations ribavirin injections but the haemolytie degree was below 20% checked by visible spectrophotornetry. [Conclusions]The hemolytic degree of ribavirin injection （0.5-- 1.5 mg/ml} for blood erythrocytes meets requirements of venous drug use.
