龙利叶的显微结构研究

摘　　要：[目的]为鉴别和开发龙利叶提供参考依据。[方法]对龙利叶的叶进行了显微鉴别。[结果]下表皮细胞较小,气孔仅见于下表面,多为平轴式。主脉维管束外韧型,木质部导管径向排列成行,呈放射状;韧皮部薄壁细胞内常含草酸钙簇晶。粉末可见螺纹导管、伴有含草酸钙簇晶薄壁细胞,并有纤维及非腺毛等。[结论]上述显微特征可为龙利叶的鉴别提供参考。[Objetive]To provide reference evidence for the identifieaton and exploitation of sauropus rostratus Miq. [Methods] Microscopic identification was carried out on Sauropus rostratus Miq leaf. [Results]the subepidermal cells were small and the paraeytie type stomatas were seen there, bundles in the main vein were collateral and xylems were arranged in ray; the cells in phloem oonrained calcium oxalate cluster crystal; Meanwhile, spiral vesselS, eells with calcium oxalate duster, fibers and nonglandular hairs could he found in the powder. [Conclusion]These microscopic characteristic ear, he used as reference evidence for the identification of the sauropus rastratus Miq.
