摘　　要：散手是一项对抗强度较大的体育运动项目之一,根据散手这一特点,运用力学角度分析散手比赛中容易产生的损伤,并加强自身练习,提高散手运动员内外兼修的综合意识,使散手水平迈向新的台阶。Free - style boxing is one of the most antagonistic sports. According to the characteristic of the free - style boxing, this paper analyses the sport injuries which is easy to happen during the free - style boxing match from the mechanical angle.
