摘 要:研究了时间、温度对自焙碳砖碱蚀膨胀率和砖内碱含量的影响以及微观膨胀机理.结果表明:膨胀率及碱含量都随温度和时间的增加而增加,膨胀率受时间影响较大,达到8%左右,而受温度影响较小,仅为1%左右;砖内K,Na元素质量分数受时间和温度的影响均较大,分别达到4.5%,5.33%,4.28%,4.46%,且Na侵蚀较K严重;在高温下K,Na是以单质形式侵入砖体内,而熔融碱是吸附在砖体表面并与SiO2生成低共熔化合物引起高温膨胀,在低温下砖内K,Na单质与CO发生C沉积以及CO发生烟碳沉积反应引起低温膨胀.Influences of baking time and temperature on expansive rate and alkali content of self - baking carbon brick and expansion mechanism are studied in this paper. The results show that the expansive rate and alkali content increase with the growing of baking time and temperature, and baking time has a bigger influence on expansive rate which is up to about 8 % , while temperature has a lower influence on the expansive rate which only reaches to about 1%. Baking time and temperature have a bigger influence on to content of element of kalium and natrium which is up to 4.5% , 5.33% , 4.28% , 4.46% respectively. Kalium and natrium erode into brick at a high temperature in the form of simple substance and result in expansion in self-baking carbon brick, and molten alkali metal oxides adsorbed on the face of brick react with SiO2 and obtain a eutectic mixture which causes expansion at a high temperature, while carbon deposition caused by the reaction of CO and simple substance of kalium and natrium as well as the soot deposition of CO contribute to the lower temperature expansion.
