摘  要:目的:了解应用Beckman CX4生化分析仪测定血清无机磷时交叉污染对结果影响的主要原因并寻找应对措施。方法:通过观察200份标本测定吸光度—时间变化,确定测定过程中比色杯空白、试剂加样、样本加样等环节是否存在交叉污染,寻找影响测定结果的主要原因。结果:通过观察200份标本血清无机磷测定吸光度的变化,发现血清无机磷测定交叉污染环节中,其中影响测定结果主要因素是标本加样。结论:血清无机磷测定过程中存在交叉污染,关键步骤是标本加样,通过采用一些可行的措施,可以提高血清无机磷测定结果的准确性。Objective To investigate the main causes and improving measures of cross-contamination on the determination of serum inorganic phosphorous with Beckman CX4 automatic biochemical analyzer. Methods Through observing the 200 samples with absorbance determination-time change, the components of colorimetic cylinder spacing, reagent spotting and sample spotting were studied in which determination process whether or not existed cross-contamination. The main causes which influenced the determination resultants were found. Retails It was found that the main causes of the crosscontamination was adding sample when the inorganic phosphorous was determined. Conclusion There is cross- contamination on the determination of serum inorganic phosphorous, adding serum specimens is the key step, using a series of provided measures can raise the accuracy for determining serum inorganic phosphorous.
