摘　　要：在分析了普通试剂库特点的基础上,提出了加强普通试剂库管理,保障供应水平的几种方法,如实行分类定位管理、ABC重点管理法、做好库存计划等,为库房管理提供了有益的思考。On the basis of analyzing characteristics of ordinary agents warehouse to strengthen the management of the warehouse and give the ways of improving supply level, such as classified location management, ABC key management methods and sound inventory plan. It is an effective way to ensure the warehouse management.
