摘  要:阐述了Cyberknife(立体定向放射手术平台)的系统构成、临床应用、技术优势及其发展趋势。应用横向对比的方法,通过对3种设备Cycberknife、X刀、γ刀在临床应用上的比较,证明了CyberKnife具有治疗无创伤、无出血、无感染、无麻醉、患者痛苦小、治疗时间短等特点,健康组织暴露于射线下的比率最小,治疗精确,尤其对颅内重要功能结构损伤小,术后并发症少,在临床上取得了良好的治疗效果。The system constitutes, clinical application, technical superiority and development trends of stetreotaction radiosurgery platform--CyberKnife are described. With application of horizontal contrast method, the comparison in three types of equipment CycberKnife, X knife, γ knife on clinical application to prove CyberKnife has lot of the characteristics including non-invasive, no bleeding, no infection, no anesthesia; little pain with patients, short treatment time, the smallest ratio of healthy tissue exposed to the rays, precise treatment, particularly important function of intracranial small injury and fewer postoperative complications, such as the clinically achieved good treatment effect.
