摘 要:[目的]了解白裤瑶人群部分遗传性状的基因频率分布特征。[方法]采用随机抽样方法,对412名(男性208人,女性204人)白裤瑶人群的12对遗传性状进行调查,根据Hardy-Weinberg定律计算出各性状的基因频率。[结果]白裤瑶人群卷舌、叠舌、前额发际、鼻尖、耳盯聍、拇指类型、中指毛、环食指类型、小指弯曲、鼻背侧面观、鼻孔形状和发型12对性状的显性基因频率分别为0.2693、0.0717、0.1010、0.0258、0.0652、0.3120、0.1228、0.1242、0.5458、0.1567、0.4492和0.0171。性别间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]这些遗传性状对探讨白裤瑶人群起源、分化、演进以及与其他民族群体的渊源关系具有重要意义。[Objective] To understand the distribution of gene frequencies of some genetic characters in the Baiku Yao people. [Methods] By randomly sampling method, the 12 pairs of genetic characters of 412 Baiku Yao people (208 male, 204 female) were investigated, meanwhile, the gene frequencies were calculated out according to the Hardy-Weinberg law. [Results] The gene frequencies of 12 pairs of genetic characters from the curly sides, top of tongue, front form of hair, nose top, cerumen, thumb style, hair of middle finger, style of fore and ring fingers, curl of little finger, nasal profile, naris form and hair form were 0.2693, 0.0717, 0.1010, 0.0258, 0.0652, 0.3120, 0.1228, 0.1242, 0.5458, 0.1567, 0.4492 and 0.0171, respectively. There was no significant difference between gender. [Conclusion] The genetic characters play an important role in exploring origin, evolution and its relationships between the Baiku Yao and other ethnic populations.
