摘　　要：[目的]了解污灌区玉米中有机物污染现状,为研究污灌区农产品污染特征提供实例。[方法]选取某灌溉区玉米为研究对象,采用超声振荡法提取玉米中的有机污染物,并用GC/MS谱库自动检索和标准曲线法对样品进行定性定量分析。[结果]检测的污灌区玉米中含有有机污染物,主要类别有胺类、烷烃类、苯系物及多环芳烃。[结论]采样区存在一定程度的有机物污染。[Objective] To investigate current status of organic contaminant in maize of some polluted irrigation areas, so as to provide basis for research on the contaminant characteristics of farm produce in some polluted irrigation areas. [Methods] Maize in a polluted irrigation area were selected, and organic contaminant in maize were extracted by sonic oscillation method, as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis were performed to the samples with GC / MS library automatic request and standard curve methods. [Results] The maize in polluted irrigation areas the detected showed to contain organic contaminant, and the main organic contaminant covered amines, alkanes, benzene series and PAHs. [Conclusion] The polluted irrigation areas have some organic contaminant.
