摘 要:[目的]调查三峡库区农村井水水源卫生现状,为采取改善井水卫生的相应措施提供信息。[方法]抽样调查,从三峡库区各区县乡村抽取部分井水源进行现场卫生学调查。[结果]共调查73处井水源,其中68.5%地势较低,21.9%取水不方便,42.5%周围30米有污染源。大部分水井结构不符合水源卫生防护要求,仅4.1%的水源定期消毒。[结论]三峡库区农村井水水源卫生现状亟待改善。实行经常性的水源卫生监督监测,指导村民采取日常净化消毒措施,改造水井结构,消除水井周围污染源和开展饮水卫生健康教育等,是改善农村居民饮水安全的经济可行又现实有效的措施。[Objective] To survey the current status of well-water sanitation in rural area of Three Gorges Reservoir and provide information for improving the water quality. [Methods] Some water samples in water wells in Three Gorges Reservoir area were collected to investigate the water source sanitation. [Results] 73 well-water sites were investigated, 68.5% of them located in low-lying areas, 21.9% of them were not convenient to take water, 42.5% of them had pollutant sources within 30 meters around. Most of village wells did not accord with sanitary protection of water source standard, only 4.1% of them were regularly disinfected. [Conclusion] The health status of well-water sanitation in Three Gorges Reservoir areas needs further improvement, regularly health surveillance for the water source, guidance of daily purification and sanitation for villagers, modification of the well structure, elimination of the pollution source around the well and health education performance were the economic and effective measures to improve the well-water sanitation among rural areas.
