成都地区不同年龄、不同收入人群对社区卫生服务不满意项分析

摘　　要：[目的]调查成都地区不同年龄、不同收入人群对社区卫生服务各不满意项的关注程度。[方法]通过发放调查表的方式调查成都地区不同年龄、不同收入人群对社区卫生服务10个主要不满意项的关注程度,比较各不满意项之间以及不同年龄、不同收入人群对各不满意项关注程度的差异。[结果]医疗技术、服务态度、诊疗认真程度和候诊时间等是成都地区社区卫生服务最受关注的内容(平均关注指数分别达到4.342、3.696、1.888和1.521,与平均值1.364相比P﹤0.05);而医生看病时接电话和检查、检验等报告时间长则较容易得到理解,关注指数明显低于平均值(P﹤0.05);部分不满意项受关注程度与年龄和收入有明显关系。[结论]成都地区对社区卫生服务各不满意项的关注程度差异有统计学意义,并与患者的年龄和收入明显相关。[Objective] To investigate and analyze the degree of dissatisfied item for community hygiene services in different age and income people of Chengdu. [Methods] The degree of concerning about the ten dissatisfied items of the community health services in different age and income groups of Chengdu was investigate and compared with questionnaires. [Results] Medical level, service attitude, medical workers’ concentration for works, and wait time for doctors were the items which got most concerning （average concerning indexes were 4.342, 3.696, 1.888 and 1.521, respectively, which showed significant difference compared with average number P﹤0.05）. Meanwhile, answering phone when working of doctors, long time waiting for Lab examination and report could be understood by patients, and concerning number was obviously lower than average number （P﹤0.05）. The degree of concerning about some dissatisfied items has significant relationship with age and income. [Conclusion] There is significant difference among the degree of concerning about dissatisfied items of community hygiene services in Chengdu, and the degree of concerning had association with the age and income of patients.
