吸毒劳教人员药物渴求影响因素的结构模型

摘　　要：[目的]探索吸毒劳教人员药物渴求及其影响因素之间的结构模型。[方法]采用相关的量表和问卷调查吸毒劳教人员吸毒行为、药物渴求、应对方式和抑郁情绪的基本情况。在多元相关分析基础上,结合以往的研究,运用LISREL8.80,探讨药物渴求影响因素的结构模型。[结果]性别对吸毒行为和消极应对方式的主效应显著(F=4.138;F=5.553,P﹤0.05);应对方式与吸毒行为以及抑郁显著相关(r=-0.156,P﹤0.05;r=-0.197;r=0.299;r=-0.261,P﹤0.01);药物渴求与吸毒行为以及抑郁显著相关(r=0.212;r=0.205,P﹤0.01)。[结论]不同性别的吸毒劳教人员在消极应对方式上差异显著,女性更易采取消极应对方式;应对方式通过中介变量戒毒前吸毒行为和抑郁情绪对药物渴求产生影响;吸毒劳教人员的抑郁情绪和戒毒前吸毒行为对药物渴求有直接的预测效果。[Objective] To explore a structural model of relationships between drug users’ thirst and its influencing factors. [Methods] Drug users were investigated with questionnaires for their drug behavior, drug thirst, coping style and depression. Based on multi-relative analysis and multi-regressive analysis, combing with literature research and LISREL 8.80, the structural model of the influencing factors for drug thirst were constructed and analyzed. [Results] Sex showed association with negative coping style and drug behavior （F=4.138; F=5.553, P﹤0.05）; Coping style had a significant correlation with the level of drug behavior and depression （r = -0.156, P﹤0.05; r = -0.197; r = 0.299; r = -0.261, P﹤0.01）; Drug thirst showed significant association with the drug behavior and depression （r = 0.212; r = 0.205, P﹤0.01）. [Conclusion] Male and female drug users were found significantly difference on coping style of drug users, and female drug users were easier to choose negative coping style; Coping style had effect on the drug behaviors and depression as a intervening variable, anddepression and drug behavior of drug users could directly predict the drug thirst.
