饮服人群HBV感染者PreS1Ag与HBV-DNA及HBeAg的检测分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前S1抗原(PreS1Ag)与HBV-DNA和HBeAg之间的关系,以评价其作为判定饮服人群传播HBV危险性指标时的作用,为修订相应管理法规提供依据。[方法]用ELISA法对450例HBsAg阳性标本进行PreS1Ag和HBV血清标志物的检测,用实时荧光定量PCR测定HBV-DNA。[结果]PreS1Ag在HBV-DNA和HBsAg阳性血清中的检出率均明显高于相应的阴性组(均为P﹤0.01)。HBeAg阴性组中PreS1Ag的检出率为43.0%,PreS1Ag与HBV-DNA的符合率为70.6%,与HBeAg的符合率为68.45%。[结论]PreS1Ag与HBV-DNA、HBeAg呈良好的相关性。作为反映HBV感染和复制的指标,PreS1Ag较HBeAg更敏感。无条件检测HBV-DNA而HBeAg阴性的血清,检测前S1抗原,对控制传染源更有意义。[Objective] To investigate the relationship of hepatitis B virus Pre-S1 antigen （PreS1Ag） with HBV-DNA and HBeAg, and further to judge the value of PreS1Ag in making policies for control and prevention hepatitis B through detecting HBV infection among food service staff. [Methods] In 450 HBsAg positive serum, PreS1Ag and HBV marks were detected by ELISA, and HBV-DNA was tested by PCR. [Results] The positive rate of PreS1Ag in the two groups of HBV-DNA positive and HBeAg positive was obviously higher than that in the negative group. The positive rate of PreS1Ag in the group of HBeAg negative was 43.0%, the coincidence rates of PreS1Ag with HBV-DNA and HBeAg were 70.6% and 68.4%, respectively. [Conclusion] PreS1Ag shows good relationship with HBV-DNA and HBeAg. PreS1Ag is more sensitive than HBeAg in judging the infection and replication of HBV. Detection of Pre-S1 antigen is more significantly than detection of HBV-DNA and HBeAg.
