摘  要:目的评价25%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐悬浮剂(SCNE)的实验室和现场杀螺效果。方法在实验室和现场采用SC-NE浸杀、喷洒法灭螺,并与50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂(WPN)、25%氯硝柳胺悬浮剂(SCN)进行效果比较。结果室内浸杀:SCNE 24、48 h和72 h LC50值分别为0.058 3、0.044 2 mg/L和0.038 5 mg/L,SCN分别为0.047 4、0.041 2mg/L和0.041 2 mg/L,WPN分别为0.094 7、0.058 3 mg/L和0.044 2 mg/L,清水对照组钉螺死亡率均为0;室内喷洒:SC-NE剂量为2、4、8 g/m2,用药3 d后钉螺死亡率均为100%,相应剂量组SCNE杀螺效果均高于WPN,与SCN相一致。现场浸杀:除1 g/m3浸杀钉螺1 d钉螺死亡率为93.33%外,SCNE 2、4、8 g/m3浸杀钉螺1、2、3 d钉螺死亡率均为100%;现场喷洒:SCNE剂量>2 g/m2,用药3 d后钉螺死亡率均>89%,相应剂量组SCNE杀螺效果均高于WPN。结论SCNE具有较好的实验室和现场杀螺效果,为新型高效、使用方便的灭螺药物剂型。Objective To evaluate the mollnscicidal effect of suspension concentrate of niclosamide ethanolamine salt (SCNE) against Oncomelania snails in laboratory and field. Methods The experiment of SCNE against the snails by using the immersing and spraying methods was performed in laboratory and field, with control groups of wettable powder of niclosamide ethanolamine salt (WPN) and suspension concentrate of niclosamide (SCN). Results In the laboratory, LC50 of SCNE for 24, 48 h and 72 h by using the immersion method were 0. 058 3, 0. 044 2 mg/L and 0. 038 5 mg/L, respectively, while SCN were 0. 047 4, 0.041 2 mg/L and 0.041 2 mg/L, respectively, and WPN were 0.094 7, 0.058 3 mg/L and 0.044 2 mg/L, respectively. All of the mortality rates of snails in the fresh water control group were 0. The mortality rates of snails were all 0 while spraying SCNE for 3 d in the laboratory with concentrations of 2, 4, 8 g/m^2 , and the molluscicidal effect of SCNE was all higher than that by using WPN and similar to that by using SCN. In the field, except 1 g/m^3 SCNE immersing the snails for 1d, the mortality rates of snails by using SCNE with the immersing method were all 100%. While the concentration of SCNE was higher than 2 g/m^2, the mortality rates were higher than 89% after the use of it for 3 d, and the molluscicidal effect of SCNE was higher than that of WPN. Conclusions SCNE has a high molluscicidal effect in the laboratory and field, and is a novel and simple formulation of niclosamide.
