Cd>Zn>Pb.Pot experiments of combined contamination with cadmium, lead and zinc were carried out with oasis carrot growing soil. The results show that the combined contamination of Cd-Pb-Zn can affect the carrot growth. When the input Cd content is within 1.25 mg/kg, Zn within 180 mg/kg, and Pb within 230 mg/kg. The carrot/root biomass of carrot grows more slowly than in uncontaminated soil. The concentrations of Cd, Pb, Zn in carrot are not only influenced by the heavy contents fortified in the soil, but also affected by Cd-Pb-Zn interactions. The heavy metal fractionation distribution in the polluted soil is a main factor for the interactive effect. Pb and Zn in soil did not show obvious interactive effect on the Cd content in carrot. The coexisted Zn in soil has an effect on the Pb absorbed by the carrot, while the coexisted Cd affects the Zn concentration. The BCF and TF of Cd, Pb and Zn in carrot are also affected by the heavy metal content input into soil. Their BCF and TF in contaminated soil is mostly as follows: Cd〉Zn〉Pb.
