摘　　要：给出了烷基诱导效应指数I和脂肪族化合物分子RX中亲合原子X所带电荷qx与RX的气相质子亲合能PA的关系式,并对多种脂肪胺、醇、醚的气相质子亲合能进行了计算,计算值和实验值的偏差均在实验误差范围内.A formula was introduced to formulize the relationship among the gas phase proton affinity （PA） of aliphatic compound （RX）, the inductive effect index （I） of alkyl group and the atomic charge （qx） of affinity atom in RX. Many aliphatic amines, alcohols and ethers were chosen as samples to carry out calculation of PA Results showed that the deviations between the calculated values and the experimental ones are within experimental error.
