摘　　要：目的对国内现已开展的肝脏腹腔镜外科手术操作进行ICD-9-CM-3编码探讨。方法以ICD-9-CM-3(2005年版)、ICD-9-CM-3(1987年修订本)为工具书,依据查找手术操作分类编码的规则、方法进行编码查找与核对。结果ICD-9-CM-3(2005年版)没有将肝脏腹腔镜外科手术操作纳入,也就不能直接从ICD-9-CM-3(2005年版)中查到编码。结论只有规范手术操作名称与具体手术操作步骤之间的对应关系,才能提高编码的准确性及价值。肝脏腹腔镜外科手术操作已开展多年,有的已相当成熟。因此,我们有必要进行肝脏腹腔镜外科手术操作的ICD-9-CM-3编码探讨。Objective To study how to encode laparoscopic surgery of liver based on ICD-9-CM-3. Methods Based on the principles of classification rules of surgery in ICD-9-CM-3 （2005 year edition）and ICD-9-CM-3 （revised edition 1982） , we encoded the laparoscopic surgery of liver. Results In searching process, we found that laparoseopic surgery of liver had no codings in ICD-9-CM- 3 （2005 year edition）, so we could not find the fight codings directly . Conclusion Only by standard the corresponding relation between the name of surgery and the step of surgery, the accuracy and value of coding can be improved.laparoscopic surgery of liver has developed for severe years, but there are not any coding of laparoscopic surgery of liver. So we need to study how to encode the laparoscopic surgery of liver based on ICD-9-CM-3.
