摘　　要：本文阐述了医学期刊编辑应具备的素质,医学期刊青年编辑的现状,并着重讨论了医学期刊青年编辑提高业务素质的途径,指出青年编辑只有刻苦学习才能完美胜任编辑工作。This essay elaborates on the qualities of editors of medical yournals,the current situation of young editors and the approaches of raising the young editors; business qualities of medical yournals.only work hard can the young editors be compentent for the editing work perfectly.
