摘  要:根据PIMS软件的功能和炼油厂的实际情况,系统分析了炼油厂优化的技术特点和对规划模型的需求,提出了炼油厂从原料到产品各个主要加工过程所需建模的方法,主要二次加工装置产品分布及性质与原料性质关系的Delta-Base模型和硫传递模型。通过某炼油厂的总流程优化设计实例说明了该规划模型的应用效果,同时提出了目前模型存在的不足及改进的建议。Based upon the functions of PIMS software and refinery conditions, the technical features of refinery optimization and requirements on planning model are analyzed. The methods for establishing models of main processes from feedstocks to different products and Delta-Base model and sulfur transfer model of product distribution and properties and their relation with the feedstock properties of the downstream process units are presented. The application results of planning models are described by a case study of the optimization of the overall process flow of a refinery. The shortcomings of the models are pointed out and improvements are recommended.
