摘　　要：建设和谐校园是建设和谐社会的重要目标之一,和谐校园应以学生为本位,重视大学生自我教育、自我管理,其过程包括:外在环境诱导,内在自我驱动;自我认知、自我评价;自我调节、自我监控;自我建构、自我激励;自我肯定、自我强化;自我超越、自我完善。Constructing the harmonious campus is one of the aims of constructing harmonious society. A harmonious campus should put the student first, put emphasis on student＇s self-education and self-control, whose process includes： external environment induction, intrinsic self-actuation; self-cognition, self-appraisal; self-adjustment, self-monitoring; self-construction, self-encouragement; self, self-strengthening; self-surmounting and self-perfection.
