摘　　要：高锰酸盐指数,是测定地下水、较清洁地表水等必做的项目[1-2],常被作为水体受还原性有机(和无机)物质污染程度的综合指标,也是能力验证的必考项目,在该项目样品考核中存在按考核样常规取样后测定结果偏高的问题,本文就存在原因及如何解决这一问题做些探讨。Permanganate index is a essential item in the underwater and surface water quality monitoring. It＇s frequently used as a complex index of the water pollution by reducing organic and inorganic material. It＇s also a essential item in the ability test. A problem is existed in the examine sample＇s determination by the general sampling, the measuring results was higher than the true value. The paper was to discuss the causation and to resolve the problem.
