摘　　要：本文采用跨学科的研究思路,把文化提升作为道德建设的一种途径,通过对体育人当前状况及其道德建设新模式的理论与现实意义的探讨,挖掘体育竞赛自身所蕴涵的法之一般价值,"引法入体",将法律精神、法律意识融入到体育道德的建设与评价之中;提出"体育道德生成论"、"体育道德改造论"、"体育道德发展论",认为以法文化引领体育道德建设,是实现文化.法制对体育道德重构的有效途径。The article uses the means of interdisplinary research to consider the culture promotion as a way of moral construction. After discussing the present situation of sportspersons and theory of new mode of moral construction, it probes the values of sports games, incorporates the spirits and awareness of law into the forming and judging of sports morality, believing that legal culture will prevail in the process as a effective method.
