摘  要:以异丙醇铝为原料,聚乙二醇(PEG1000)为络合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米晶γ-Al2O3∶Tb3+发光粉;并采用DTA/TG、XRD、TEM及荧光光谱对其进行了一系列表征。研究结果表明:采用溶胶-凝胶制备工艺,经800℃煅烧4h,可以得到发光强度高的纳米晶γ-Al2O3∶Tb3+发光粉;发光粉的最佳激发波长为251nm,对应于Tb3+4f-5d跃迁;最佳掺杂浓度为5%(物质的量浓度,下同),在251nm光激发下,最强的发射峰位于544nm,可以用作绿色发光材料。Nanoerystalline γ-Al2O3:Tb^3+ phosphors were prepared in sol-gel method with a eomplexing agent named polyethylene glycol ( PEG1000 ) using aluminum isopropoxide (Al(OC3H^i7)3) as raw materials. The nanocrystalline phosphors were characterized by differential thermal analysis/ thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope and luminescence spectra as well. The results show that the nanocrystalline γ-Al2O3:Tb^3+ phosphors calcined at 800℃ for 4 h has high luminescence intensity, the optimum excitation wavelength is 25.1nm, ascribes to the Tb^3+ 4f-5d transition, the optimum concentration of Tb^3+ dopant is 5% , and the main emission is at 544 nm under excitation at 251 nm. The prepared nanocrystalline γ-Al2O3:Tb^3+ powder can be used as green phosphor.
