摘　　要：[目的]评价玉丹荣心丸治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效及可能的不良反应。[方法]采用Cochrane系统评价方法。[结果]共纳入10个研究、1362例病毒性心肌炎患者。玉丹荣心丸组治疗病毒性心肌炎在临床疗效和心电图改善上优于对照组,纳入研究中仅发现少数几例报道有食欲欠佳、恶心感。[结论]玉丹荣心丸治疗病毒性心肌炎安全有效。[Objective] To evaluate the effect and possible adverse effects of Yudan Rongxin （YDRX） Pills in treating viral myocarditis （VM）. [Methods] The evaluative method was cochrane system assessment. [Results] The ten studies and 1 362 patients of VM were enrolled. The curative effect of YDRX was better than that of control group in improvement of clinical effect and ECG. In these studies no obvious adverse effect was found. [Conclusion] YDRX Pill is safe and effective for treating VM.
