摘 要:目的应用血管回声跟踪(echotracking,ET)技术评价2型糖尿病患者早期股动脉硬化。方法选择60例2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)和60名体检结果正常者(对照组),以上对象均已行双侧股动脉常规高频超声检查排除斑块形成及狭窄,应用血管ET技术检测2组的双侧股动脉,比较2组的压力-应变弹性系数(Ep)、硬度指数(β)、顺应性(AC)及脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)。结果糖尿病组的股动脉Ep、β、PWVβ均较对照组升高(均为P<0.01),AC较对照组降低(P<0.01)。结论血管ET技术能准确评价2型糖尿病患者早期股动脉弹性改变,为临床提供血管早期病变的诊断依据。Objectives To apply echo tracking technique in the evaluation of early femoral artery atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty cases of type 2 diabetes patients (diabetes group) and 60 case of normal people (contral group) were selected. All cases had been checked by conventional high-frequency ultrasound as to rule out the formation of plaque and stenosis of the femoral artery. The echo tracking technique was used to test arterial elasticity parameters, including pressure strain elastic modulus (Ep) , arterial stiffness (β) , arterial compliance (AC) and pulse wave conducting velocity (PWVβ). Results Compared with the control group , the diabetes group femoral artefies's Ep, β, PWVβ were higher ( all P 〈 0.01) , but AC was less (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions As a convenient practical method, E-tracking technology can be used to early reflect the vascular arteriosclerosis of the type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, and provide early clinical diagnosis basis.
