摘　　要：城镇土地是城镇社会和经济发展的基础,其利用水平的高低会给城镇带来经济、社会和环境效益,城镇土地的优化配置和集约利用是土地利用中的核心问题。采用理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法,对旺苍县土地集约利用现状进行了分析,探索城镇土地集约利用的评价方法,建立了适宜的评价指标体系。The urban land is the foundation of the development of urban society and economy, its utilization level has different influence to the econmic, social and environment.The intensive use and optimual allocation of urban land are the core issue of urban land use.On the basis of combination of theory and empirical, the study analyzs the land use status in Wang cang county ,and explores its methods of evaluation.Meanwhile, the index system of urban land intensive use assessment was established.
