摘  要:以6个籼稻不育系为母本和5个早籼恢复系为父本进行不完全双列杂交。采用加性-显性遗传模型,对早籼茎叶及产量性状进行多种相关分析。结果表明农艺性状间的加性相关比显性相关更为重要,并且多数性状间存在着一定的相关性,特别是茎叶性状间的相关最为密切,其次为产量性状。在产量与茎叶性状间的相关性上,少量性状间具有较高的相关系数,利用加性相关为主的性状进行间接选择可取得较好的育种效果。Correlation analysis of stem - leaf characters and yield traits was conducted based on me additire and dominance genetic model for quantitative traits in an incomplete diallel cross from early season of indica rice (Oryza sativa L. ). The results showded that additive correlations were more important than dominance correlations for most agronomic traits studied. There were also significant correlations among most of the traits, and in most of the characters there was a certain degree of correlations, particularly, in stem - leaf traits, which was the closest, followed by that in yield traits. Between yield and stem -leaf traits in indica rice, a small number of characters have a high correlation coefficient. Indirect selection is applicable for traits with highly additive correlations.
