摘 要:对秤锤树嫩枝扦插过程中吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)3种酶的活性进行测定。结果表明:嫩枝插穗内IAAO、POD、PPO活性在扦插初期逐渐上升,第7 d上升到高峰,之后下降再上升,第21 d达到新高峰,然后下降。这些酶活性上升分别在愈伤组织形成、根原基诱导阶段,但是上升幅度不一样。ABT6处理能抑制插穗IAAO活性,提高POD、PPO活性。The activities of indoleacetic acid oxidase (IAAO) , polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and peroxidase (POD) of Sinojackia xylocarpa soft - stem cuttings were studied. The results showed that: the activities of the three enzymes increased and reached their first peak on the 7th day, then decreased slightly followed by an increase and reached their second peak on the 21th day , then decreased again. The activities of these enzymes increased during the callus formatting phase, the root - inducing phase. However, their changing scopes were not the same. ABT6 could inhibit the activity of IAAO, but increase the activities of POD, PPO.
