摘 要:目的:研究雌激素与大鼠膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)病理改变的相关性,进一步研究OA的发病机理,对OA的预防与治疗提供参考。方法:成年雌性SD大鼠60只,随机分为假手术对照组(A组)、去势组(B组)、去势补充雌激素组(C组),第6周、10周各组随机取10只大鼠,观察动物膝关节大体改变,股骨髁、胫骨平台脱钙后切片,观察膝关节病理改变并行Mankin病理评分。结果:第6周、10周,B组可见轻中度OA改变,软骨变薄,颜色为淡黄色,Mankin病理评分分别为3.83±1.35、8.32±2.42,补充雌激素组较同期去势组病理改变轻,Mankin病理评分分别为0.94±0.31、3.62±1.42。结论:去势大鼠膝关节呈OA样病理改变,补充雌激素延缓OA的病理发展,雌激素在OA的病理进程中发挥重要作用。Objective:To explore the correlation between estrogen and osteoarthritis of knee joint in rats,investigate the pathological mechanism of osteoarthritis,provide some references for the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods:60 female rats were divided into 3 groups : group A(control group),group B(the rats received ovariectomy),group C(the rats received ovariectomy and estrogen treatment).10 weeks after the treatments,the knees of 30 rats from 3 group were taken,condyles of femur and tibial plateau of rats were decalcified and sliced,the pathological changes were observed by Mankin pathological score.Results:In group B,the knees changed as osteoarthritis,the Mankid scores were(3.83±1.35) and(8.32±2.42),respectively,while in group C the Mankin scores were(0.94±0.31) and(3.62±1.42),respectively.Conclusion:Ovariectomy can induce osteoarthritis in female rats,but estrogen can delay the procedure,which plays an important role in the process of osteoarthritis.
