摘　　要：目的:研究纳米氢氧化钙根管充填材料的抗菌性。方法:采用琼脂扩散法检测纳米氢氧化钙根充材料对儿童感染根管内菌种(金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、白色念珠菌)的抗微生物效果,根据所形成的抑菌区域值为评价指标。结果:纳米氢氧化钙根管充填材料对上述细菌均有抗菌作用,抗菌强度依次递减:金黄色葡萄球菌>白色念珠菌>粪肠球菌。结论:纳米氢氧化钙根充材料对感染根管细菌有较强的抗菌作用,适于作为儿童根管充填材料。Objective：To evaluate the antibacterial effect of nanometer calcium hydroxide root canal filling material.Methods：The antibacterial effect of nanometer calcium hydroxide root canal filling material on staphylococcus aureus,enterococcus faecalis,candida albicans was evaluated by agar diffusion test.Results：Nanometer calcium hydroxide root canal filling material showed good antibacterial effect,staphylococcus aureus〉candida albicans〉 enterococcus faecalis.Conclusion：Nanometer calcium hydroxide root canal filling material has higher antibacterial activity on the infected root canal.
