摘　　要：介绍了基于dSPACE的硬件在回路仿真试验在单体泵柴油机电控单元开发中的应用,以某单体泵柴油机电控单元为实例讲述了硬件在回路仿真的系统组成、模型设计、试验软件设计和仿真过程,仿真结果表明,硬件在回路仿真可以全面详细地测试ECU的功能,可有效缩短开发周期和减少研制费用。The application of hardware-in-loop simulation based on dSPACE during the development of unit pump diesel ECU was introduced. Taking a unit pump diesel ECU as an example, the system composition, model design, software design and simulation process of hardware-in-loop simulation were described. The simulation results indicate that the hardware-in-loop simulation can test the function of ECU in detail and entirely, shorten the development cycle and reduce the developed cost.
