摘 要:将乙二醇二甲醚作为一种含氧燃料,与柴油混合配制出不同比例的混合燃料,在1台单缸直喷式柴油机上进行排放对比试验,研究了在柴油中添加乙二醇二甲醚降低柴油机排放的机理,并分析了排放随发动机负荷变化的规律。研究结果表明,在柴油中添加体积分数为10%~20%的乙二醇二甲醚,可使柴油机热效率明显提高,燃烧持续期缩短,在中高负荷条件下,炭烟和CO排放大幅度降低,NOx排放稍有下降,HC排放基本不变。Various kinds of blended fuel were prepared by adding different proportions of ethylene glycol dimethyl ether into diesel, and the comparison among them was carried out on a single-cylinder direct injection diesel engine. The rules of emission reduction by adding ethylene glycol dimethyl ether to diesel were researched, and the trends of emission with load were analyzed. The results show that the blended fuel, which is the blends of diesel and 10 percent to 20 percent of ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, can obviously increase the thermal efficiency, shorten the combustion duration, and have the effects of carbon smoke and CO emission significant reduction, NOx slight emission and HC unchanging emission at middle and high loads.
