摘　　要：目的：研究河南产白花前胡的化学成分。方法：采用色谱法分离化学成分，利用质谱、核磁共振等波谱技术鉴定结构。结果：分离鉴定了7个化合物，分别为α-D—glucopyranose-1-hexadecanoate（1），D-mannitol monohexadecanoate（2），腺苷（adenosine,3），丁酸（butyric acid，4），eleutheroside B1（5），apiosylskimmin（6），甘露醇（mannitol，7）。结论：化合物1—5为首次从该植物中分离得到，化合物1，2为首次从伞形科植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents in roots of Peucedanum praeruptorum. Method： The constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and ODS, and identified by spectroscopic methods. Result： Seven compounds, α-D-glucopyranose-1-hexadecanoate （ 1 ） , D-mannitol monohexadecanoate （ 2 ） , adenosine （3） , butyric acid （ 4 ） , eleutheroside B1 （5）, apiosylskimmin （6）, and mannitol （7） were isolated and identified. Conclusion ： Compounds 1-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
