摘　　要：考虑由一个供应商和一个零售商构成的供应链,其中市场需求是随机的且受到零售价格的影响,零售商在看到市场需求之前同时确定订货数量以及零售价格.已有的回购契约或者无法协调供应链,或者需要一定的费用执行契约,本文所提出的限制性回购契约能够避免这些不足,最后给出算例分析.In this paper, a supply chain consisting of one supplier and one retailer is considered. Demand of market is stochastic and is influenced by sale price, and the retailer needs to decide the order quantity and the sale price simuhaneusly before knowing the demend. Some of the buy back contracts studied by other authors can not coordinate the supply chain, and some needs cost to enforce them. In this paper, a constrained buy back contract which can avoid these flaws is put forward, and a numerical example is given at last.
